An exceptionally rare easy chair with matching stool, model Sheriff, designed by Sergio Rodrigues and produced by ISA in Italy during the 1960s. This model stands as a refined interpretation of Rodrigues’ Brazilian modern aesthetic, combining robust craftsmanship with a relaxed, deeply comfortable seating philosophy.

The chair is constructed in richly grained rosewood, showcasing warm reddish-brown tones with pronounced natural figuring. The frame is solid and architectural, with slightly tapered legs and a structural clarity that contrasts beautifully with the softness of the upholstery. Distinctive leather sling elements and wooden tension blocks are visible along the sides and underside, emphasizing both the construction technique and the handcrafted quality. The upholstery consists of original black leather cushions, generously padded and deeply tufted.
