Gunnar Nylund bowl

This ceramic bowl, model AXK, was designed by Gunnar Nylund and produced by Rörstrand in Sweden, exemplifying the sculptural elegance and textural depth characteristic of Scandinavian mid-century ceramics. Nylund, one of Sweden’s most influential ceramicists, was known for his organic forms and experimental glazes, both of which are evident in this piece.
