Mauri Almari
Mauri Almari (1907–1973) was a Finnish lighting designer recognized as an important contributor to the development of modern lighting in Finland during the postwar period. Closely associated with the manufacturer Idman, he created fixtures distinguished by clarity of form, technical precision, and a thoughtful combination of materials such as brass, wood, and leather.
