- Chief cabin master Reino "Reka" Löflund's collection.
- Reino "Reka" Löflund was born in 1926. At the age of 14, he started as an apprentice at the Iittala glassworks. He blew medicine bottles for the war industry as the youngest glassblower ever. After the war, he was employed as a cabin foreman at the Iittala glassworks.
Later, Löflund was appointed foreman with responsibility for the entire production at Iittala glassworks.
In the 1950s, he began collaborating with glass designers, including Timo Sarpaneva.
During her career, Reka Löflund developed several different techniques and products together with Timo Sarpaneva, including the Claritas, Arkipelago and Finlandia series.
