Jørgen Lund & Ole Larsen easy chair

This very rare easy chair was designed by Jørgen Lund and Ole Larsen and produced by Bo-Ex in Denmark during the 1960s. The chair features a five-star aluminum base with a swivel function and its original dark brown leather upholstery. Its distinctive shell form, with sweeping curves and generous proportions, reflects the Scandinavian modernist emphasis on comfort, material quality, and sculptural simplicity.

The organic seat shell is designed in molded fiberglass, upholstered in full-grain leather that has developed a deep and even patina over time. The seat’s continuous, wing-like form wraps around the sitter, creating both visual balance and ergonomic support.
