This very rare flush mount ceiling lamp, model K5-26, designed by Paavo Tynell and produced by Idman in the 1950s, is a quintessential example of Tynell’s refined approach to lighting design—where softness, craftsmanship, and decorative subtlety converge to create timeless luminaires. The lamp features a wide pleated fabric shade, 68 cm in diameter (approximately 26.8 inches), which forms a gently flared conical silhouette.
