Roland Wilhelmsson bench

This rare side table or bench, model Bamse, was designed by Roland Wilhelmsson and produced by Karl Andersson & Söner AB in Sweden during the 1970s. The piece is executed in solid pine and showcases the architectonic clarity and robust minimalism characteristic of Wilhelmsson’s work. Its construction is defined by two solid plank supports and a thick, rectangular top joined with circular dowel inlays, emphasizing craftsmanship and material honesty.
