Poul Hundevad dining chairs
This rare set of 14 dining chairs, model 30, was designed by Poul Hundevad and produced by Poul Hundevad & Co in Vamdrup, Denmark, in 1958. The chairs are constructed from solid rosewood, showcasing the rich grain and deep tonal variations characteristic of this material. The frames are defined by clean lines, subtly curved backrests, and tapered legs, embodying the principles of Scandinavian modernism. The seats have been reupholstered in Gabriel Savak plain fabric, designed by Tove Kindt Larsen, providing a soft contrast to the dark wood.
