Floor lamp

This rare adjustable floor lamp, produced in Sweden during the 1940s, features a brass construction paired with a pleated fabric shade. The lamp is designed with a curved, articulated arm extending from a vertical stem, allowing for flexible positioning and precise adjustment of the light source. Its round, weighted base ensures stability. The brass elements display a patina consistent with age, contributing to the lamp’s vintage character and historical authenticity.

The pleated fabric shade is conical with a wide diameter, softly diffusing the emitted light. Beneath the shade, a decorative brass diffuser with small star-shaped perforations enhances the ambient glow while minimizing glare, adding both function and subtle ornamentation.
