Set of three bar stools model Classic designed by Börje Johanson and produced by Johanson Design in Markaryd, Sweden. The stools feature a polished brass-plated steel construction with a trumpet-shaped base and integrated circular footrest. The seats are upholstered in burgundy leather with a rounded, cushioned profile typical of Johanson’s work from this period.

The materials consist of brass-plated steel and original leather upholstery. The brass surfaces show a warm patina with light scratches and age-related marks, while the leather displays minor wear consistent with use. The stools retain their original proportions and surface finish.

The model Classic belongs to Johanson’s mid century production, combining sculptural form with functional stability. The trumpet base and circular footrest reflect the company’s emphasis on durability and modernist aesthetics during the 1960s.
