Carl-Harry Stålhane floor vase

This tall ceramic floor vase was designed by Carl-Harry Stålhane and produced by Rörstrand in Sweden during the 1950s. The form is elongated and cylindrical, tapering slightly toward the base and finished with a flared neck that opens outward in a delicate concave profile. The proportions are balanced and sculptural, typical of Stålhane’s ceramic vocabulary from the mid-century period.

The surface is characterized by a layered glaze in muted tones of pale green, beige, and cream, creating a softly gradated and organic coloration.
