Just Andersen vase

This rare bronze vase was designed and produced by Just Andersen in Denmark during the 1930s. It features a rounded, bulbous body with a tapering conical neck and two looped side handles, giving it a form reminiscent of ancient amphorae. The transition between the neck and the body is accentuated by a finely ribbed collar detail, adding a subtle decorative element to the otherwise restrained silhouette.

Just Andersen was a celebrated Danish designer and sculptor, known particularly for his work in bronze and pewter.
