Ota mirror

This full-length mirror was produced by Ota in Sweden during the 1960s and exemplifies the minimalist Scandinavian aesthetic of the mid-century period. The design prioritizes natural materials and refined simplicity. The frame is crafted from solid rosewood, displaying a rich dark grain with characteristic streaks of reddish-brown and black that speak to the quality of the selected wood. The corners are precisely mitered, and the frame features a gently tapered profile that adds architectural clarity to the overall form.

The mirror plate sits flat and flush within the frame, secured by a clean internal mounting system. The back of the mirror retains the original Ota label, featuring the model number and dimensions handwritten in script, confirming its authenticity.

The piece is in very good vintage condition, with minor wear consistent with age and use. The rosewood frame has developed a warm patina, and the mirror glass remains clear without significant damage.
