Yngve Ekström mirror

This very rare Konkret mirror is attributed to the Swedish designer Yngve Ekström and was produced by Eden Spegel in Sweden during the 1950s. The mirror features a distinctive geometric frame crafted from black lacquered wood, presenting an openwork pattern that evokes architectural and sculptural influences. A thin gilded border lines the inner edge, providing a subtle contrast to the dark frame and adding a refined decorative detail.

Yngve Ekström, best known for his iconic Lamino chair, was a key figure in Scandinavian modernism.
