Eje Ahlgren table lamp

This table lamp, model B-075, was designed by Eje Ahlgren and produced by Bergboms in Sweden during the 1950s. It is executed in brass, giving the piece a warm golden tone and a refined presence. The hemispherical shade is fitted with concentric rings on the underside, which act as a diffuser and create a distinct layered lighting effect, characteristic of Scandinavian lighting design from this period. The shade is mounted on an adjustable joint, allowing it to pivot and direct light as needed.

Eje Ahlgren was known for designing lighting that combined functional simplicity with sculptural elegance.
