Biography
Bertil Brisborg trained as a designer and became active in the Swedish lighting industry during the early 20th century. In 1941 he was appointed head of the lighting department at Nordiska Kompaniet, where he led the development of new lighting models during a period of rapid modernization in Swedish interiors and industrial production.
