Anders Pehrson candlestick
Rare floor-standing candelabrum designed by Anders Pehrson, produced by Ateljé Lyktan in Åhus, Sweden during the 1950s.
The piece features a slender black-lacquered metal stem and cross arms, supporting eight candleholders in a balanced, symmetrical arrangement. Each holder is fitted with a brass socket and clear glass hurricane shade, giving the design both visual lightness and functional wind protection. A circular brass ring at the top provides a subtle decorative accent and also serves as a handle for repositioning.
This candelabrum is an excellent example of Scandinavian mid-century modern design, combining geometric rigor with elegant proportions. Its black lacquered finish contrasts with the warm tone of the brass, highlighting its refined construction.
In excellent vintage condition with minor signs of age and use, consistent with careful preservation.
