Arne Norell easy chair

This easy chair and stool set, model Inca, was designed by Arne Norell and produced by Arne Norell AB in Aneby, Sweden during the 1960s. The frame is constructed from dark stained beechwood, complemented by brass hardware and upholstered in high-quality natural leather.

The color palette includes the deep brown of the stained beech frame, the warm tan of the leather upholstery, and subtle golden accents from the brass fittings. The leather has a rich patina with minimal signs of wear, contributing to the authentic character of the set without compromising its excellent preserved condition.

The shape of the chair and stool is distinctly robust and inviting. The design features thick, padded leather cushions that are supported by leather straps attached to the wooden frame, creating a suspended seating effect.
