Arnold Madsen easy chair

This rare easy chair model Oda was designed by Arnold Madsen in 1953 and produced in Denmark. The chair is a notable example of postwar Scandinavian design, combining sculptural form with refined craftsmanship. It features a distinctive organic shell-like seat with a high, enveloping backrest that curves seamlessly around the sitter, offering both visual harmony and ergonomic comfort. The chair rests on elegantly tapered legs made of solid teak, angled to emphasize the dynamic profile of the piece.

The frame is newly upholstered in a high-quality wool fabric in a neutral grey tone that complements the warmth of the teak details.
