Hans Wegner dining table
The dining table model AT-304, designed by Hans J. Wegner and produced by Andreas Tuck in Denmark, is a rare and highly refined example of mid-century Danish craftsmanship. They add a touch of understated refinement while ensuring the table’s rigidity and long-term stability. Light tarnishing on the brass rods is present, further enhancing the aged character of the piece.
A key feature of the AT-304 is its extendable design, incorporating drop-leaf extensions on either end. When folded, the table remains compact and well-proportioned, suitable for smaller dining spaces. Fully extended, the leaves increase the table’s length significantly, allowing for additional seating and expanded functionality. The transition between the main tabletop and extensions is seamless, reflecting Wegner’s precision in engineering furniture that balances utility and aesthetics.
