Table lamp

This table lamp was produced by Falkenbergs Lampfabrik in Sweden. It is executed in brass with a conical perforated shade, supported by a stem in turned teak with segmented detailing, and a brass base with fine ridged ornamentation around the socket transition. The top of the shade is finished with a fluted brass finial, which serves both as decoration and functional fastening.

The lamp has a balanced mid-century aesthetic, combining Scandinavian simplicity with refined material contrasts. The perforations along the lower edge of the shade allow filtered light to pass through, creating both direct and ambient illumination. The stem in teak, with its segmented turning, introduces warmth and tactility against the polished brass surfaces.

The piece is in good condition with minor signs of use and patina consistent with age. Electrical parts remain in working order. It is marked underneath with the Falkenbergs Lampfabrik stamp and model numbers.
