Paavo Tynell floor lamp
This very rare floor lamp, model K-10, was designed by Paavo Tynell and produced by Idman in Finland during the 1950s. The lamp is crafted from brass and features a conical shade with delicate perforations that allow light to diffuse subtly, creating a soft and atmospheric glow. The stem is wrapped in finely woven cane, providing a warm and tactile contrast to the polished brass elements. The lamp stands on a simple circular brass base, maintaining a minimalist and elegant appearance. The adjustable shade offers flexibility for directing light as needed.
